Novel tools and approaches are always required to understand omics datasets in biological context. MetaMapp is an idea to understand metabolomics in biochemical view. Since a reaction network exist underlying the metabolic biochemistry, we present the data as network graphs, which can also be integrated with genomics and proteomics datasets. It was developed during my PhD research at FiehnLab at UCDavis, USA.
